What is the delivery time for orders? The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your destination. Do you ship internationally? No, we do not ship internationally at this time. Do you collect sales tax? Yes, we collect sales tax of 8.25% on all orders shipped to California. What is your return policy? All returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise providing notification of reason for return is received within 7 days from date shipment was received.
We guarantee against manufacturers’ defect for 14 days from date of delivery. We must be notified within 5 days of the product delivery, otherwise return for manufacturer’s defect is voided. However, products with Manufacturers’ warranties which exceed 14 days may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
